'It\'s onto week 5 of our Pilates For Complete Beginners course. It\'s good to see some of you trying the pilates workouts and even better to hear you have been enjoying them and hopefully feeling the fantastic benefits Onto the 5th workout and as always just making small adjustments and progressing a little each week If you\'re looking to improve your mobility , flexibility , posture , core strength, or help with injury rehab , but also injury prevention. Then pilates is highly recommended and worth giving a go. Pilates is perfect for men and women and I absolutely love it. I do it at least a few times a week to keep me on top of my gruelling schedule. Perfect also for a rest day to recover for the week ahead. So enjoy today\'s session and I will see you next Sunday for the final session in the course
